The practice operates six days a week, and this position requires a five-day workweek on-site.

About the Role
As Practice Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the practice to ensure it runs efficiently and professionally. Working closely with the Lead Dentists and Practice Development Manager, you’ll ensure all necessary resources, systems, processes and procedures are in place for the optimal running of the practice, while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and customer service.
Skills & Experience
You have:
- 2 years' experience within the Dental industry.
- Proven ability to develop, manage, and support all clinical and support team members.
- Experience with Dental4Windows
- Excellent and demonstrated ability in practice growth, team management and marketing.
- Experience successfully leading and driving best practice and strong internal relationship management.
- An understanding of dental procedures, terminology and compliance requiements

- An excellent communicator who works well in a team environment.
- Innovative and proactive, with solid time management skills.
- Professional and can lead by example.
- Able to troubleshoot, prioritise and multitask effectively.
