We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our aged care team, providing high-quality clinical care and support to elderly residents in a warm and respectful environment. This role involves delivering person-centred care and working collaboratively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote health, wellbeing, and dignity. The position is an annual leave reliever, rotating across AM, PM, night, and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with best practice standards and AHPRA requirements.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using Barwon Health IT systems.
* Promote a positive team culture and contribute to continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* Current registration as an endorsed Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
* Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organisational skills.
* Understanding of aged care standards and commitment to person-centred care.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
* Compassionate, respectful, and professional approach to caring for older people.
* Valid NDIS worker screening clearance and computer literacy skills.
