As our
Chief Transformation Officer, you will lead the implementation of Vision Australia’s strategic plan, ensuring initiatives are delivered in a coordinated, disciplined and impactful way across the organisation. Responsibilities
Drive implementation of the strategic plan, ensuring initiatives are prioritised, sequenced and delivered to achieve measurable outcomes Establish enterprise-wide program governance, including delivery frameworks, reporting and performance oversight Partner with the CEO, Executive and Board, providing visibility of progress, risks, dependencies and organisational impact You will lead the Strategy Implementation Team and embed best-practice delivery disciplines across the organisation. Qualifications
Extensive experience in strategy implementation, transformation or enterprise program delivery Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder management capability at Board and Executive level Relevant tertiary and/or postgraduate qualifications, with program management certifications highly regarded Benefits
