Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team in Maroochydore.
This role involves interacting with customers at the rental counter, completing rental bookings, and responding to general customer inquiries.
* Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening
* Reviewing ABG's various add-ons and services to determine what best suits the customer
* Communicating rental procedures and guidelines effectively
* Completing rental bookings in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
* Answering customer questions and inquiries

The successful candidate will have a full and valid Australian driver's license, experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
