We are working with a leading global investment firm who is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its growing Singapore-based investment team focused on opportunities across the broader APAC region, including Australia/New Zealand and Southeast Asia.
The team invests across growth equity, founder partnerships, minority investments and growth buyouts, partnering with high-growth businesses across a range of sectors. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals across Asia, Europe and the US within a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will gain exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including thematic research, sourcing, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution, portfolio monitoring and exits. The role is suited to candidates seeking strong responsibility, high deal exposure and long-term development within a global investment platform.
Candidates should have approximately 1.5–6 years of experience within investment banking or strategy consulting, with strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities. Experience covering the Australian market will be viewed favourably, as will prior exposure to private equity, growth equity or investing environments.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent academic credentials, strong commercial judgement, outstanding attention to detail and an entrepreneurial mindset. Strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity and the ability to operate effectively within lean, high-performing teams are essential.
