We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Market Research Analyst to join our growing team at TALENT X-GROUP.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
- Analyze customer preferences, market conditions, and emerging industry developments.
- Prepare detailed research reports, forecasts, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Design and implement surveys, focus groups, and other data collection methods.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and business strategy teams to inform decision-making.
- Maintain and update market databases and dashboards with current data insights.
- Present findings in a clear and actionable manner to support key business initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (0-1+ years) in market research, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SPSS, or Google Analytics.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
