The Project
This is a complex, large scale, modern hospital redevelopment in North Queensland that will benefit the people. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You'll Be Responsible For
* Lead projects to deliver objectives, KPIs and value, coordinating technical services and stakeholders.
* Champion Safety First, quality and Service Excellence, aligned to the Mace Way.
* Develop and maintain integrated plans, programmes and budgets, managing risk, change and performance.
* Manage consultants, contractors and supply chain, including procurement, claims, variations and handover.
* Provide strong governance through meetings, reporting and site walks, ensuring accurate records.
* Drive digital, responsible business and net zero outcomes through collaboration and continuous improvement.
You'll Need To Have
* Proven project management experience delivering small to medium projects across construction or consultancy environments.
* Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and planning skills, focused on client value and outcomes.
* Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, HSE standards and recognised project management practices.
* Relevant degree or professional qualification (or equivalent), with progress toward a recognised chartership.
