The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Regional Construction & Project Manager to lead and oversee a team of construction supervisors responsible for the delivery of residential and commercial building projects across the Mid-West region (Geraldton and surrounds).
Reporting directly to company directors.
Responsibilities
* Provide senior leadership across multiple construction projects
* Manage a team of site supervisors and project teams
* Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and productivity benchmarks
* Liaise with company directors, clients, and key stakeholders
* Drive a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance outcomes
Requirements
* Extensive experience in construction project management or site supervision (residential and/or commercial)
* Proven leadership experience managing teams across multiple sites
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
* Full Australian working rights (WA-based candidates only)
