Responsibilities
* Provide hands-on support to trades personnel across daily maintenance tasks.
* Source and organise tools, parts and equipment as required.
* Support trades people and contractors with general labour assistance.
* Undertake and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
* Assist with the assembly and disassembly of hydraulic cylinders.
* Operate chrome stripping and chroming tanks.
* Promote and reinforce a culture of safety, operational excellence and quality control.
* Provide direct and other assistance to Tradespersons.
* Perform general unskilled work duties.
* Clean, measure, cut and professionally apply window tint to plant; prepare machines and work sites for tinting, including safe removal.
* Forklift operation moving parts, components, and materials safely.
* Quality control assistance helping with inspections and documentation.
* Tool handling, parts fetching, and equipment preparation.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 3–5 years experience working alongside tradespeople (e.g., Boilermakers).
* Current Working at Heights certificate (within 2 years).
* Assisting tradespeople with mechanical and maintenance tasks.
* Tool handling, parts fetching, and equipment preparation.
