What you'll do
* Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
* Drive sales on every shift – upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
* Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
* Keep the venue well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
* Be trained in all areas and contribute wherever you are scheduled – bar, reception, or running a function
* Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and teammates safe
* Go above and beyond to anticipate our guests' needs
What you've got
* Uniqueness and a passion for fun
* Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it
* Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
* Enjoy interacting with a diverse range of guests – teens, kids, and adults
* Great availability, including weekends and nights
* A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to obtain them
