Role Overview
As a Retail Supervisor at Bunnings, you'll be the go‐to support for the store's senior leadership team, keeping the energy high and the workflow smooth in your department. You'll lead by example, working with your team to ensure every day is a success and operations run like a well‐oiled machine.
This is a full‐time role with rotating rosters, including one‐week open shifts and one‐week close shifts; every second weekend is required. The adult pay rate for those 18 years and over is $30.78 per hour.
Responsibilities
* Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers
* Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours
* Onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support
* Maintain merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements
* Manage and coordinate stock effectively
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous experience supervising a team in a fast‐paced environment
* Strong communication skills and genuine interest in coaching and developing others
* Results‐driven and a team player
* Approachable and confident, creating positive experiences for customers
* Enthusiastic to learn about new products
* Ability to stand on feet and assist customers across a wide range of retail hours
* Ability to guide, support, coach and provide feedback to bring the best out of your team
