We are looking for a Public Relations & Communications Lead who can take ownership of our voice, shape our narrative, and ensure the business is represented properly across every touchpoint.
The Role
This is not a passive PR role. You will be at the centre of how the business communicates and positions itself as it grows.
* Lead all external communications and public relations activity
* Build and manage relationships across media and key channels
* Shape and refine the Biogenesis brand narrative
* Support leadership with presentations, investor material and key messaging
* Drive promotional activity and brand exposure
* Ensure consistency and quality across all communications
You will be working closely with the leadership team, helping translate vision into clear, commercial messaging that resonates in the market.
About You
We are looking for someone who understands that good PR is not just visibility — it's control of message, perception and direction.
* Have a background in PR, communications or media
* Be confident operating alongside senior leadership
* Be a strong writer who can communicate with clarity and purpose
* Understand brand positioning and market perception
* Be proactive, accountable and comfortable owning outcomes
* Bring energy and ideas, not just execution
Experience within health, wellness or consumer brands is beneficial, but not essential.
