About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver interventions in community-based settings, including homes, schools, and other locations where clients live their lives.
* You will work closely with transdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and deliver person-centered evidence-informed services.
* Collaborate with clients and families to build capacity and improve life outcomes.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have:
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and registration with the relevant professional body.
* A current drivers licence, Working With Children Check, NDIS Workers screen, and First Aid certification.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a transdisciplinary team.
* Ability to assess, plan, implement, and deliver person-centered evidence-informed services.
* Demonstrated passion and commitment to working collaboratively with clients and families to build capacity and improve life outcomes.
