We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, foster relationships, and bring innovative opportunities to our studio.
Role Summary
We're looking for a seasoned Business Developer with a strong advertising agency background and established connections with brand managers. Your expertise will help us expand our client base, identify new revenue streams, and solidify our position as a premier production partner.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share for OML studios.
* Leverage existing relationships with brand managers, advertising agencies, and industry partners.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, pitches, and RFPs.
* Translate briefs into smooth and efficient productions, meeting our creative goals while ensuring adherence to brand targets and budget efficiencies.
* Evaluate production in conjunction with the team's requirements to draw delivery timelines and ensure an adherence to on-time, in-full delivery.
* Collaborate with creative teams to develop tailored pitches and proposals.
* Negotiate contracts, agreements, and commercial terms.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.
* Manage and report on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
Requirements
* 5-7 years of experience in advertising agencies or related industries.
* Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management.
* Strong network of relationships with brand managers, agency decision-makers, and industry influencers.
* In-depth understanding of advertising, marketing, and production processes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented approach.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

* Experience working with production companies or studios.
* Knowledge of film, television, or digital content production.
