What You'll Be Doing
* Selling digital marketing solutions — SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Web Design — to small and mid-sized businesses.
* Managing inbound leads (no cold call lists), qualifying them, and converting them into long-term clients.
* Building rapport quickly, identifying pain points, and proposing tailored solutions that close.
* Achieving monthly KPIs on conversions, revenue, and retention — and getting rewarded for it.
* Maintaining an organised CRM pipeline.
* Collaborating directly with management on improving sales processes and offers.
Who You Are
* 2+ years of experience selling digital marketing or agency services.
* Motivated by commission and performance outcomes.
* Results-focused, disciplined, and resilient.
* Capable of working remotely and managing your own pipeline.
* Strong communicator — persuasive, confident, and professional.
