We are looking for AIN's who can commit to Full Time and Part Time shifts!
Under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Consultant and/or Registered Nurse team, the Assistant in Nursing is responsible for delivering focused person-centered care and assistance with daily living activities.
This role tasks include but not limited to -
* Assist residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, transferring clients (e.g. hoist equipment or slide sheets)
* Maintaining cleanliness and comfort of resident/s rooms
* Observe, report and respond to all changes in resident/s health and wellbeing
* Actively monitoring residents' condition and report any changes in condition or behaviour to the Registered Nurse
About you:
* Certificate III in Individualised Support – Aged Care or similar qualification
* A caring and compassionate nature with a strong commitment to resident care
* The ability to work well in a team-focused environment
