About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Implementation Specialist to join a leading logistics team in Melbourne. You will be the key link between Sales, Customers, and Operations, ensuring new and transitioning customers are onboarded smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone with a Customer Service or Operations background who enjoys coordinating across teams and managing short implementation projects.
Responsibilities
* Liaise between Sales, Customers, and Operations to capture requirements and manage scope
* Facilitate meetings, track action items, and manage implementation progress
* Set up customers in internal systems
* Work with IT and process teams on automation, reporting, and SOPs
* Support local and international teams to ensure requirements are understood
* Provide post-implementation support
What We're Looking For
* Experience in Customer Service or Operations, in Freight Forwarding
* Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working across teams and managing short projects
* Strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction
