The Role
As our Business Operations Coordinator, you'll be the central link connecting our people, systems, and companies — ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with purpose.
You'll lead the daily rhythm of the office, oversee the financial and administrative heartbeat of the business, and support both the production and leadership teams with clarity and confidence. You'll guide junior staff, refine systems, and help create the structure that keeps our group of companies running at its best.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting and financial operations ensuring accuracy, consistency, and up-to-date records.
- Maintain strong financial oversight and reporting, ensuring bank accounts, ledgers, and job‑costing systems are current and reliable.
- Work closely with the Australian Operations Manager and leadership to align reporting, budgets, and financial visibility.
- Day‑to‑day office operations — purchasing, invoicing, reception, document control, and supplier management.
- Support the Production Manager with scheduling, materials coordination, and progress tracking for live jobs.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, website updates, and current‑product launches.
- Help develop and implement current systems and processes to improve clarity, efficiency, and accountability.
- Track KPIs and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
- Provide support to Moonraker Chemicals, GoldQuip Indonesia, and the Green Gold companies.
- Participate in weekly and monthly meetings, contributing insights and improvement ideas.
- Foster a positive, people‑first culture built on collaboration and ownership.
