Job Title: Rheumatology Specialist
Care for patients with rheumatic diseases and lead a team of medical professionals.
* Manage outpatient clinics and collaborate with inpatient teams
* Participate in a daytime rota for inpatient ward referrals, emails, and triage
* Teach Resident Doctors and medical students
This is a 10PA consultant post to support the department, particularly in Connective Tissue Disease and vasculitis.
The successful candidate will have advanced skills in general rheumatology and rare autoimmune conditions.
To excel in this role, one must possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for teaching and leadership.
Additionally, experience working with electronic health records and other relevant software systems is highly desirable.
