About the Role
This is not your average fish and chip shop. We have created a Premium Seafood Experience, combining traditional favourites with high-quality ingredients and professional kitchen standards.
Responsibilities
* Preparing and cooking fish and chip menu items to a high standard
* Working with fresh, premium seafood daily
* Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation
* Managing fryer operations and ensuring food safety standards are met
* Supporting kitchen organisation, cleanliness, and stock rotation
* Working efficiently during busy service periods
Qualifications
* Experience in fish & chips, seafood kitchens, or high-volume fry stations
* Strong knowledge of seafood handling and cooking techniques
* Ability to work quickly and consistently under pressure
* A team-focused attitude with strong work ethic
* Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
* Reliability and pride in producing quality food
