What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting clients with personal care such as showering, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
* Assisting with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and routine activities
* Offering companionship, reassurance, and social connection
* Completing light household duties like cleaning, laundry, and meal prep
* Following individualised care plans and keeping accurate progress notes
* Working alongside our coordinators and clinical team to ensure safe, consistent support
Who You Are
You're someone who finds purpose in helping others live well. You bring:
* Genuine empathy, patience, and dependability
* Clear and confident communication skills
* Comfort working independently in clients' homes
* Flexibility to adapt to changing needs throughout the day
What You'll Need
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Home & Community Care, or current studies in nursing/health
* Current First Aid & CPR
* A valid driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Full working rights in Australia
