Position Available:
What You'll Do:
* Support day-to-day operational and administration requirements including:
o Diary and Inbox management
o Co-ordinating meetings and travel arrangements
o Providing admin support to Executive Manager & Office Co-ordinator
* Work closely with clients to meet governance, reporting, and trust management requirements
* Contribute to building long-term, respectful relationships with clients
* Regional travel within WA may be required
We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Personal Assistant/Administrator
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before they arise
* A commitment to integrity, transparency, and cultural respect
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
