Project Manager | Tertiary – Newcastle.
About the Role
We're looking for a driven and collaborative Project Manager to join our Newcastle team, delivering meaningful projects across the tertiary and higher education sectors. This is a unique opportunity to take the next step in your career, surrounded by a supportive and flexible team that values growth, initiative, and great project outcomes.
In this role, you'll work on a range of projects across universities and education facilities—helping shape spaces that support learning, innovation, and community. You'll be supported by experienced leaders while gaining exposure to end-to-end project delivery, from planning through to completion.
We work client-side, partnering closely with institutional clients to deliver projects that are high-quality, functional, and sustainable.
About You
* 4–7 years of experience in property project management, with exposure to tertiary/higher education or other institutional projects.
* Tertiary qualifications in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
* Experience with building services, building envelope, or asset/facility upgrades is highly regarded.
* On‐site construction and Workplace Health & Safety knowledge are strong advantages.
* Proven experience in a client-side consultancy or similar environment.
* A confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
