Job Title: Project Development Support Officer
About the Role:
* Provide administrative support to project development office leadership team.
* Coordinate purchase requisitions, proposal requests and upload information to site systems.
* Manage schedules, document control, coordinate meetings, track action items for project leadership.
* Facilitate communication between teams ensuring clarity in project expectations.
* Demonstrate ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening and decision-making skills.
* Maintain health and safety practices/compliance at the site and within the workplace.
* Perform any other reasonable duties as requested.
Requirements:
* Minimum essential experience in business administration or related fields.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
* SharePoint experience desirable.
* Pricing experience desirable.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Environment:
A typical office environment with no unusual hazards. Occasional lifting to 10kgs, kneeling, standing and walking, routinely sitting and constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness and must be able to work under deadlines.
