What You Will Do:
* Contribute to the operation, performance, stability, and continuous improvement of Citrix Cloud DaaS infrastructure and end-user VMs.
* Collaborate with the DevOps team to support the automation of deployment, maintenance processes, and cloud migration activities.
* Implement and maintain critical monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to proactively identify and resolve platform issues.
* Provide technical support and guidance to Technology teams across the business while ensuring adherence to security policies.
* Participate in technical planning discussions, contribute to roadmap initiatives, and maintain the Infrastructure Technology knowledge base.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
* Solid working knowledge of Citrix Cloud, which is a must-have requirement for this position.
* 2 years of experience in system administration, operations, support, or solutions implementation.
* Administration skills across three or more key technologies, including Microsoft, VMware vSphere, NetApp Storage, Google Workspace, or cloud platforms.
* Good stakeholder communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with waterfall and/or agile project management frameworks, with industry certifications being highly regarded.
* Bachelor's Degree (Education requirement).
* Brisbane based candidate with unlimited working rights.
