Help Customers Get Road‐Ready – join the Autopro family as a Sales Assistant!
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Retail Sales Assistant at Autopro on a casual basis. You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base. This role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets.
Autopro is Australia's oldest and largest independent automotive aftermarket parts and accessories retailer.
Autopro stores form a major part of the local community. As local businesses, Autopro stores specialise in their local communities unique needs by adding specialised ranges to their product offers.
What You'll Do
* Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice.
* Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well‐presented store environment.
* Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control.
* Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices.
Qualifications
About you: You're hands‐on, customer‐focused, and eager to learn. You'll also bring:
* Strong work ethic and organisational skills
* Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred)
* A genuine passion for helping customers.
* Basic computer literacy
* Eagerness to learn and grow within the business.
