Once you are up and running you will be required to be on stand-by for a week at a time and to cover people on leave - you'll receive a $300 p/w allowance and payment if there is an on-call situation on site. Flexibility is required here.Hours are 7am-3pm - on call may happen week off /on or to cover during leave absences.**About the role**Reporting to the **Facilities Maintenance Manager, WA**, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment across the site, ensuring safe and continuous operation at all times..Key responsibilities include:* Performing routine maintenance and inspections on mechanical equipment* Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults efficiently and safely* Installing and assembling mechanical components and systems* Interpreting technical drawings, blueprints and specifications* Liaising with other trades, contractors and departments to coordinate work* Maintaining accurate maintenance records and job reports**Safety comes first — always**Safety is at the heart of everything we do at Lineage.
