This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and passionate hospitality professional to join our internal team as a Recruitment Coordinator and to assist with the end-to-end recruitment of a large casual staffing pool.
This role requires a hands-on person who is able to prioritise and is comfortable with all elements of recruitment including inductions, on-boarding, compliance and administration, and has great organisational and administration skills.
Enjoy some work life balance with predominantly Monday - Friday daytime hours, however some evening and weekend work will be required particularly throughout busy major event seasons.
**About the Role**:
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment of a large casual staffing pool and forge strong business relationships with clients
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure that the needs of the business are met and that there are adequate levels of support to some of our biggest accounts, finding appropriate talent with end-to-end recruiting for them.
- Not always tied to a desk get outside and meet clients and casual staffing team
**About You**:
- Highly developed administration skills, you will handle high volume recruitment to handle the large seasonal demands including ensuring recruitment methods are compliant.
- Time management skills will ensure the efficient management of competing priorities ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Communicate with our top clients and have previous exposure to client relationship management and sales.
- Manage your time effectively whilst multitasking to compete with rapidly changing priorities and still ensuring quality outcomes.
- Experience and 5-star background in hospitality, events, food and beverage operations OR in a fast paced customer service role
