Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Reservations Clerk to join our team. As the first point of contact for potential guests and suppliers, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls, emails, or fax enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and be proficient in handling data management and control of all reservation information. Strong computer skills and administrative experience are essential for this role.
Main Responsibilities:
