The Well-being Coordinator role is a vital part of the team, playing a key role in enhancing staff health and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Support: Provide schedule management, meeting organization, and calendar administration.
* Communication Coordination: Facilitate internal and external communication, prepare correspondence, and assist with briefing materials.
* M.A.T.E.S Program Management: Oversee rostering, invoicing, and expense tracking for the M.A.T.E.S program.
* Well-being Events and Training: Support registrations, venue logistics, and coordination for well-being events and training sessions.
Maintain accurate records, handle confidential information, and serve as a point of contact for inquiries.
