About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced technician to deliver high-quality technical support to customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing production printing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, maintain and repair Ricoh production printing equipment
* Perform service calls to meet customer satisfaction targets and nationally set service KPIs
* Communicate professionally with customers regarding issues, resolutions and service outcomes
* Maintain accurate service records using a mobile application
Requirements
* Previous experience servicing digital printing equipment or similar electro-mechanical devices
* Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
* Excellent interpersonal and customer-service abilities
* Proven fault-finding methodology
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
