The Harvey Norman Traralgon Bedding and Manchester Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
As a Salesperson, you will have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
Responsibilities
* Full Time Position
* Provide outstanding customer service and help customers find the best home solutions
* Contribute to a positive team environment and assist colleagues as needed
What we require
* Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
* A high level of Bedding and Manchester product knowledge to support customer queries
* Ability to service customers while managing work tasks around their needs
* Go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
* Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
* Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
* Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
