About the Role
NEPEAN Power is growing, and we are seeking and experienced Warehouse Storespersonto join our team.
As a Warehouse Storesperon at NEPEAN Power, you'll be trusted to pick and pack with precision, safely operate forklifts, and manage the dispatch of critical items with minimal supervision. Hours of work are 6am to 2.30pm Monday - Thursday with a 12pm finish on Fridays!
Daily duties will include:
* Receiving, labelling, and storing incoming goods.
* Manually Picking and packing orders for the next business day.
* Loading/Unloading of trucks in a safe and timely manner.
* Unload containers into the designated storage area.
* Counterbalanceforklift operation
* Ensure quality of stock going in and out is to NEPEAN Power's quality standards.
* Manual Handling and other warehouse duties as required.
* Ensure the store is always kept clean and free of debris.
* Uphold industry safety standards whilst maintaining a positive, and enthusiastic workplace culture.
About You
To be successful in this position, you will have:
* Previous warehouse stores experience within a manufacturing, industrial or engineering environment
* Minimum of 2 + years' experience operating a forklift.
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously within a team environment
* Good computer skills and previous experience with warehouse stock management systems
* Good English communication skills (Written and verbal)
* Physical fitness and the ability to lift 20 kgs
* A strong safety and quality focus
