Job Description
In this role, you'll be a key member of our close‐knit branch at Mt Barker and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.
* Provide solutions and in‐store experience that inspires our customers.
* Admin duties such as managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects.
* Build relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained.
* Respond to customer queries and make follow‐up calls.
Qualifications
* Positive energy and high motivation to become an expert in your field.
* Passion for building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
* Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded; otherwise product training will be provided.
