What you\'ll be doing
Join Westmead Breast Cancer Institute and play a key role in delivering efficient, high-quality breast assessment services:
* Manage admin tasks to support Assessment & MDT Results clinics
* Prepare reports, correspondence, and client communications
* Coordinate weekly BreastScreen SW Results MDT meetings
* Ensure accurate data collection, entry, and quality assurance
* Maintain privacy, compliance, and high standards across workflows

Selection Criteria:
* Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the provision of efficient administrative procedures and clerical support at a high level within a health organisation.
* Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
* Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with the ability to compose quality correspondence, documents and reports in a professional and timely manner
* Demonstrated ability to problem solve and use initiative, judgement and discretion in a flexible and creative manner
* Demonstrated ability to initiate, plan, prioritise, negotiate and organise own work taking into account the impact on others to achieve results and meet deadlines
* Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively and effectively with team members
* Demonstrated experience in the accurate and timely data entry of clinical information in a high volume work environment that requires a high level of attention to detail at all times.
* Demonstrated capability to use a wide range of hardware and software including multiple databases to complete work tasks.
