We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to take the lead on the delivery of a $70M residential subdivision project.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established and high-performing civil contractor with a strong pipeline of ongoing subdivision and infrastructure projects across Queensland. You will play a key role in delivering a major community-shaping development while working alongside experienced industry professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Opportunity
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and successful delivery of the project from commencement through to completion. You will lead project teams, oversee commercial and contractual outcomes, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget.
We are looking for a motivated leader with strong technical and commercial capability, who has demonstrated experience delivering residential subdivisions or major civil infrastructure projects within a contractor environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, coordination and execution of large-scale subdivision projects
* Manage all aspects of project delivery including safety, programme, commercial performance and quality outcomes
* Drive project budgets, forecasting, cost management and financial reporting
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers and procurement activities to support delivery targets
* Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, councils and key stakeholders
* Provide leadership, direction and mentoring to Engineers, Supervisors and site personnel
* Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, specifications and relevant legislation
* Identify project risks and implement strategies to maintain programme and budget performance
* Contribute to a positive team culture focused on collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
