Responsibilities
* Conduct engaging, hands‐on training sessions for franchise partners, managers, and team members across all operational areas, including food preparation, customer service, and compliance.
* Deliver training programs to ensure new franchisees and team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for success.
* Ensure all restaurants adhere to Schnitz's operational standards by providing ongoing coaching and support during site visits.
* Identify gaps in operational performance and implement tailored training solutions to address these.
* Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to develop, update, and refine training materials that reflect current brand standards, policies, and procedures.
* Provide detailed reports and recommendations to senior management on training outcomes and areas for improvement.
* Build strong relationships with franchise partners to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
* Partner with the Operations team to support new store openings, ensuring smooth transitions and operational readiness.
* Travel regularly to Schnitz locations in Victoria to deliver training and provide in‐person support, maintaining flexibility to meet the needs of a fast‐paced environment.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in management or training (preferred)
* Cert IV in Training & Assessment (preferred)
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Providing First Aid and CPR, Food Safety Supervisor qualifications
* Effective communication skills, adaptability and high energy levels.
