* Deeply loves and personally applies God's Word, and desires to see those under his care grow in love for the Word and be transformed by the Lord Jesus Christ
* A servant‐hearted leader who is willing to serve the body of Christ
* Cares for, leads, and manages his own family well
* Slow to anger, demonstrating patience and self‐control
* Genuinely concerned for God's people, with a desire to shepherd and disciple
* Hospitable and compassionate toward the lost and those in need
About Our Church
* We are located about one hour southwest of Brisbane with an average Sunday attendance of 50–60 people
* We are united by our love for Jesus Christ and our desire to honour His Word
* We are a close‐knit community of believers who love and care for one another as we seek to live out the gospel revealed in Scripture
* Although we have been without a pastor for about six months, our congregation remains strong. We are not a church in need of restoration, but one that longs to grow more like Christ and desires a new pastor as an active part of our community.

* Grounded in sound doctrine, we are committed to clear and faithful biblical teaching across our services and ministries
* We pursue spiritual maturity and seek to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with love, grace, and clarity
* We seek to grow a caring, hospitable, and connected church community
Leadership and Support
* Our current leadership team consists of three deacons, and the incoming elder/pastor will join this team
* Builds healthy and encouraging relationships within the team
* Is mutually accountable to deacons and congregation members
* Works together in unity and cooperation to serve the church
Practical Details
* We offer three days of paid ministry per week, with a generous package including housing if needed
