What does the role involve?
Embarking on a career as an Account Manager at Hilti is an exciting development journey. You will manage your own portfolio of customer accounts and be given ownership to build a work schedule that best suits you and your customers. You’ll make sales by maintaining customer relationships, demonstrating our latest tools on the spot, and providing high level customer consultation.

Key Responsibilities
- Building relationships – field-based, meeting customers daily to capture business opportunities and create long-term, profitable relationships
- Time and Territory Management (TTM) – create a daily schedule (including presence on jobsites and client offices) to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone
- Be a Hilti Champion – carry technical knowledge to present high-level consultations and represent the Hilti brand
- Tracking progress – use Salesforce to record interactions and sales activity

Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction or Architecture is highly desirable
- Previous experience in any customer-facing roles
- Eagerness to learn, motivated and capable of working independently
- Hands-on attitude – demonstrate tools to customers, use Salesforce to track activity, and collaborate with various departments
- Previous experience in the Construction industry or related industries is advantageous
- Time management, planning and prioritization skills
- Maintain a valid full Australian driver’s license – company car provided
- Internationally or domestically mobile with the desire to develop and outperform
- Candidates on 485 Temporary Graduate Visas will be considered
