As our Site Supervisor, you'll coordinate multiple trades, manage high-risk lifting and logistics, and keep the project moving safely and efficiently. You Can Expect To
* Lead and motivate site teams to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets
* Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Manage rigging, logistics, crane lifts, and equipment allocation
* Coordinate up to four concurrent trade groups in a sequenced assembly environment, including structural lifting and component installation, plumbing fit-off, electrical connections and fit-off, and QA/engineering checks.
* Identify program, cost, and quality issues early and elevate for resolution
* Maintain accurate site records, daily diaries, QA documentation, and progress reports
* Ensure compliance with WHS procedures and proactively manage hazards
* Promote a positive, solutions-focused team culture
* Mentor tradespeople and apprentices to build capability and maintain high standards
What You'll Bring
* A strong background in rigging and logistics, with proven capability in planning and executing complex lifting operations
* Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple trades in a sequenced installation or modular assembly environment
* Highly developed construction and WHS knowledge, with a strong understanding of compliance, safe systems of work, and industry standards
* Strong capability in hazard identification, risk management, and first aid response
* Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, with experience in Procure and Aconex highly regarded
* An open, honest communication style. You're comfortable raising program, cost, or quality issues early to support proactive problem‐solving
* Confident working independently in remote settings, with the flexibility to travel nationally and internationally when needed
* Minimum five years post‐trade experience, ideally with exposure to complex installation or multi‐trade coordination
* Previous site leadership or supervisory experience preferred
* Permanent working rights in Australia
Qualifications
* A recognised trade qualification in a relevant field (Mechanical Plumber, Boilermaker/Metal Fabricator, Rigger/Dogman, Electrician or HVAC Technician)
* Current high-risk work licences relevant to rigging activities include Dogman (DG) and Basic Rigging (RB) as essential, with Intermediate Rigging (RI) considered desirable.
* General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
* Asbestos Awareness and Silica Awareness training
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Certificate IV in WHS (desirable)
