**The Company**
National brand name market leading organisation based within western Sydney is seeking an experienced, self-motivated office administration support to assist this busy team.
**The Position**
This position will be responsible for supporting the Solar team, you will be reporting the site manager and your day to day responsibilities are:
- General office administration including:
- General Filing
- Assist fellow employees when required, so that we can carry out our daily business to the satisfaction of our customers
- Provide support on administration for the sales team. Enter Finished Goods orders into SAP and arrange deliveries in a timely manner and to satisfy customer's expectations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate;
- Experience in a similar Office administration support.
- Ability to take ownership and follow customer enquires through to conclusion
- Capability to operate with a sense of urgency
- Exceptional customer focus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships
- High level interpersonal skills
