Inspired by Christian values, we work with people to overcome disadvantage, build thriving small businesses, and strengthen communities.We've already supported more than 4,000 businesses across Australia and are growing our impact every year.About the RoleAs a Small Business Lending & Coaching Manager, you'll use your financial skills and relationship experience to help clients start, stabilise, and grow viable small enterprises.You will:Assess and support business viability – guide clients through business planning, cashflow management, and financial literacy.Coach clients through the start-up journey – helping them make sound commercial decisions and build long-term capability.Provide responsible lending support – assist clients with microfinance applications and loan management, applying sound credit principles.Build trusted relationships – engage with local business networks, Indigenous leaders, and community organisations to identify and support potential clients.Monitor and report on portfolio performance – using our CRM and established frameworks to manage business journeys and outcomes.All tools of trade are provided, including a laptop, phone, and vehicle for regional travel.
