At Multicap Tasmania, we're continuing to strengthen how we connect with participants, families, and our community and we're looking for a dynamic Client Experience & Engagement Manager to lead this space.
This is more than a role, it's an opportunity to shape how people experience our services from their very first interaction through to ongoing support.
What this role is all about
* Leading client experience and intake management to ensure a seamless, person-centred journey
* Building strong stakeholder relationships and partnerships across the sector
* Using market insights and data to inform service planning and sustainable growth
* Driving team leadership and workforce capability, creating a positive and high-performing environment
* Strengthening service support and operational excellence across the organisation
You'll play a key role in
* Identifying service gaps and emerging opportunities
* Ensuring alignment with NDIS expectations and quality standards
* Supporting sustainable growth through informed planning and forecasting
* Leading continuous improvement and embedding best practice
