About The Role: We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Northland store. This is a part-time hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of inclusive, positive, and respectful customer experiences
* Assist with training, coaching, and development to help the team achieve store budgets and KPIs
* Support the setup and maintenance of in-store displays in line with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
* Assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day-to-day store operations
* Collaborate with the Store Manager and wider team on operational and additional tasks as required
