We're hiring a social media and creative strategist !
Salt Agency is a creative and marketing agency in Brisbane. We've got a great studio in Albion, a young and talented team, and a growing list of clients across a lot of different industries. We're looking for someone full time to come own social with us.
This is a real ownership role, not a posting-and-scheduling job. You'd be running social for our clients and for our own brand/s, leading the strategy, the creative, and the results. We want someone genuinely enthusiastic who is either already very good at marketing or hungry to get really good at it.
What you'd own:
* Social strategy and growth for clients and for Salt
* Strong creative ideas and video concepts, especially for Instagram and LinkedIn
* A real handle on trends, and the judgement to know which ones are worth chasing
* Planning and organising shoots alongside our in-house videographer
* The success of the channels you run, start to finish
You'd fit in well if you:
* Are genuinely enthusiastic and bring real energy
* Are very good at marketing, or want to get really good at it
* Think strategy first and can stand behind your ideas
* Have a great eye for content, and some design skills would be a bonus
* Can manage yourself and drive your own work
* Like variety and moving quickly
