Salary: AUD 30,000 - 60,000 per annum.
We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Officer for casual work, approximately 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities:
* Perform general maintenance tasks on building and grounds.
* Supervise and coordinate contractor work.
* Ensure compliance with WHS standards.
Required qualifications and experience:
* Minimum 3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
* Strong computer skills.
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
Desirable:
* Trade qualifications.
* Experience in the NDIS sector.
