Role Description
We are looking for an Engineering Operations – Enterprise Mobility professional to support and enhance large‐scale Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) & Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions, such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, and Ivanti Endpoint Manager. The role ensures operational stability, security, and compliance through incident response, change and release activities, platform health monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Salary
90,243 – 98,861 AUD annual gross. The range is indicative and may be enhanced based on internal processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Support ITIL‐aligned change control, impact assessments, and release readiness for go‐lives.
* Assist with high‐priority incident escalation, timely updates, ticket hygiene, and root‐cause analysis.
* Collaborate with Cyber Security teams on vulnerability remediation and reporting.
* Monitor platform health and performance; recommend actions for risks/issues. Support OS/app testing and compatibility checks.
* Support zero‐touch enrolment (Apple Business Manager, Android zero‐touch, Samsung Knox Mobile Enrolment).
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
* Over 5 years of experience in Enterprise Mobility Management, Platform Operations, or Engineering Operations within large‐scale, regulated environments.
* Hands‐on familiarity with UEM/EMM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, and Ivanti Endpoint Manager, including their enrolment ecosystems.
* Strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and provide clear operational updates.
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience in Engineering Operations within large‐scale, regulated environments.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
* Analytical problem‐solving skills, structured RCA, and data literacy.
* ITIL discipline and rigorous QA across change, release, and operations.
* Effective cross‐functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
