Operator / Landscape Labourer
We're looking for a valuable Operator / Landscape Labourer to join our team You'll be operating machinery and managing a truck and 1.7t excavator. When machinery isn't required (approx. two days per week), you'll jump in with our landscaping crew to assist on the tools.
This position has excellent long-term potential — we see it transitioning into a full-time Operator role as we continue to grow.

The Opportunity
We're offering a chance to join a well‑organised and motivated team working on a variety of commercial and residential landscaping projects across the Illawarra, South Coast, and Sydney regions .
Your Duties
* Operating machinery and assisting the landscaping team on‑site
* Working across small to large‑scale landscape and civil projects
* Helping plan, arrange, and order materials as required
* Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
Skills & Experience
* Experience in landscaping or civil works (preferred but not essential)
* Strong time‑management and attention to detail
* Current Driver's Licence (MR licence or higher preferred )
* Experience operating bobcats, skid steers and excavators
* Good communication skills and professional presentation
* A hardworking, reliable and motivated attitude

* Police Check
* Working With Children Check

* Annual Influenza vaccination
