Your Role
As a Procurement Operation & Quality Inspection professional, you will support procurement activities while ensuring incoming materials meet internal specifications and regulatory requirements. Your role is critical in safeguarding material quality before they enter the production process.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Operations
* Support procurement activities including material processing, receiving, verification, and documentation
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on material specifications and delivery requirements
* Ensure procurement records and related documentation are accurate and complete
* Assist in monitoring supplier performance and material compliance
Incoming & Final Quality Inspection
* Inspect incoming raw materials and components against internal specifications and ISO standards
* Perform visual and dimensional inspections to identify defects or deviations
* Document and report non-conformances and support corrective actions
* Ensure only approved materials are released for production or use
* Maintain accurate inspection and quality records
Quality & Compliance Support
* Work closely with Quality and Operations teams to maintain quality standards
* Support continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement and quality processes
* Ensure a clean, compliant, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
* Detail-oriented with strong documentation and problem-solving skills
* Ability to read and interpret specifications, inspection criteria, and SOPs
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Experience in procurement, quality inspection, or regulated manufacturing is an advantage
* Familiarity with ISO or medical device environments is a plus
