We know that awesome people make us a great company, and we're excited to be recruiting for a strategic leader of the Wilson B2B sales team to develop and execute the strategic sales plan for Racquet Sports, Sportwear, and Footwear.

What You'll Do

The role reports to the Head of Wilson and is a critical position within our organisation that will develop and evolve best practice sales processes, work cross functionally with merchandise, marketing, finance and operational stakeholders to deliver GTM excellence. Through the demonstration of exceptional leadership skills sets, the Head of Sales will recruit, train, inspire and mentor the sales team, ensuring a high-performance culture that aligns with Wilson and Amer Sports purpose and values. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Strategically lead the Wilson Sales Tennis 360 team, accountable for developing long term, medium term and short-term sales plans, resulting in the delivery of all set revenue, profitability and market share targets.
* Create and evolve best practice sales GTM processes— including channel budgeting, forecasting, implementing sales tools (salesforce), strategic category development, strategic B2B channel development & sell in and sell through measurement and analysis.
* Accelerated growth driving strong strategic alignment, enhancing GTM process, owning business development opportunities and leading all quarterly reviews on behalf of the channel.
* Recruit, coach and mentor the team— inspiring a high-performance culture that consistently demonstrates the core values of both the Wilson Brand and AMER Sports.
* Collaborate with Merchandise, Marketing and D2C functions to ensure best in class CX through B2B Marketing investment.
* Monthly input into key Business Processes & Drivers, P&L management, S&OP & Omni brand meetings.
* Cross functional engagement with all shared Operations departments on the Order to Cash Process.
What We're Looking For
* Demonstrates an exceptional understanding of the market—consumer, competitor and strategic accounts' strategies and demonstrates an ability to utilise data to enhance decision making & strategic business development.
* Demonstrated experience in senior sales merchandising, category or brand leadership roles with experience in sporting goods / sports lifestyle or fashion industries.
* Highly developed commercial / business planning capabilities within Omni-channel business model (gross sales, net sales, gross margin and OPEX planning & forecasting).
* Go-To-Market leadership in leading an end-to-end GTM process.
* Ability to drive change and lead high performing teams.
* A strategic and agile mindset and strong commercial acumen.
* Entrepreneurial thinking and a can-do attitude.
